Andy Lane is chairman and chief executive officer of The Bank of River Oaks. Mr. Lane has more than 30 years of commercial banking experience in Texas, including 26 in Houston. He is involved in numerous community activities, including serving on the board of directors of The Open Door Mission. He is a past chairman of the Post Oak YMCA, and a past board member of the Galleria Chamber, World Health and Golf Foundation, Oaks of Briargrove School, Boys and Girls Country and the Parish School. He is active with the Boy Scouts of America.

Joe Stubbs is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of The Bank of River Oaks. Mr. Stubbs has 23 years experience in bank finance and operations. He is a native Houstonian and has been involved in numerous community activities including United Way, National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Jerry Brewer is Vice Chairman of The Bank of River Oaks. Mr. Brewer has more than 35 years of banking experience in Houston, specializing in Private Banking over the last 28 years. He is on the board of directors of the Galleria Chamber of Commerce, where he is a past chairman, and currently serves as Chairman of the Education Committee. In addition, he is on the boards of the Pirates Cove Townhome Association, serving as Treasurer, and the Lafayette Townhome Association.

Leon J. Leach
Executive Vice President, the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Mr. Leach is chief business officer at the UT M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He has over 30 years experience in financial and healthcare leadership positions and has been reappointed by the governor to serve a second term on the Texas Board of Mental Health and Mental Retardation. Mr. Leach has chaired the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board's Health-Related Institutions Formula Advisory Committee and serves as Chairman of the Board of the M.D. Anderson Services Corporation, a non-profit subsidiary facilitating partnerships to further the M.D. Anderson mission.
