*To avoid the imposition of the service charge you must meet the following requirements:  A service charge of $5.00 will be imposed every statement cycle if the average daily balance for the relationship falls below $1000.  The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by number of days in the period. A relationship is defined as all deposit accounts with related ownership including demand deposit accounts, certificates of deposit and money market accounts. The period we use is the calendar month.
