A message from our Chairman
We started The Bank of River Oaks because we firmly believe we can offer our clients a better banking experience. Over the past few decades, the onslaught of mega-institutions and technological advances have turned banking into a cold and impersonal experience. It doesn’t have to be.
At The Bank of River Oaks, you’re known by your name, not your account number. When you visit us, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile and firm handshake. And a great cup of coffee, if you like.
We believe technology should be used to make banking as convenient for you as possible – but not to eliminate all human contact from transactions. So if you want to bank from your home or office, feel free. Our online banking system is state of the art. But if you need us, we’re here for you.
We also believe banking should be simple and straight forward. Our products are uncomplicated, and there are no hidden fees. In fact, we don’t charge fees on our checking accounts, and we don’t believe our customers should have to pay a fee to use an ATM anywhere.
